• Invoice generation
  Create an invoice for any order with one click:

  • The generated invoice is saved in the order details.
  • The invoice PDF is also downloaded to your website and stored with a random file name in the wp-content/uploads/wc_szamlazz folder.
  • You can set a payment deadline and a note for the invoices.
  • Works with coupons, they appear as negative line items on the invoice.
  • Shipping is added to the invoice too.
  • The PDF can be downloaded right from the Orders table, using the order actions or the optional Számlázz.hu column.

• Proforma, deposit and reverse invoices, delivery notes
  You can create every document type supported by Számlázz.hu for your orders.

• Bulk actions
  Use the bulk actions on the Orders page to create invoices and to download or print them all at once.

• VAT number field
  A new VAT number field is added to the billing details. The VAT number is validated, saved, and shown in the e-mail sent to the customer and in the order details.

• Automatic invoice generation
  Create invoices and other documents (proforma and deposit invoices, delivery notes, reverse invoices) automatically based on the order status, with custom conditions.

• Invoice notification
  In the free version, Számlázz.hu sends the invoice notification to the customer. In the PRO version, the invoice can be attached to the e-mails sent by WooCommerce, so you don’t need to use the Számlázz.hu invoice notification and your customer gets one less e-mail.

• Automatic handling of bank transfers
  With the Számlázz.hu Autokassza feature, your store can be notified when a proforma invoice is paid, and the invoice can be marked as paid automatically.

• Special VAT rates
  Set special VAT rates (EUKT, EUT, EUFADE, etc.) for certain products on the invoice, based on custom conditions.

• Bulk actions
  With the bulk document generation action you can create not just invoices, but proforma and deposit invoices, delivery notes and reverse invoices too.

• Override invoice data
  Use conditions to change the prefix and bank account details shown on the invoice.

• E-Receipt
  If you sell electronic products, tickets or downloadable content, you don’t need to ask for the customer’s billing address, just the e-mail address, and the plugin creates an electronic receipt.

• Fill in company details automatically
  The VAT number field is validated with the Számlázz.hu API and the billing details are filled in automatically.

• EU VAT number
  The VAT number field accepts EU VAT numbers too, and removes VAT from the order automatically if the number is valid (validated with the VIES API).

• Accounting details
  Set accounting details for each product category, separately for Hungarian and foreign purchases: general ledger number, revenue ledger number, economic event and VAT economic event. The user ID is saved as the customer’s ledger ID.

After installation, enter your Agent key on the WooCommerce / Settings / Számlázz.hu page.
A new box appears on the right side of every order, where you can create the invoice with one click. With the Options button, you can override the values from the settings for a single invoice.
If automatic invoice generation is turned on, the invoice is created automatically when the order status changes.
Invoice generation can be turned off for a single order in the Options dropdown.
The finished invoice can be downloaded on the order page, or by clicking the PDF icon in the last column of the Orders table.

IMPORTANT: Always check that the invoices are created correctly, and ask your accountant whether the generated invoices are right for them too. I can’t test every possible case (different VAT rates, product variations, coupons, etc.), so make sure to test it before using it on a live store. If something is wrong, let me know and I’ll try to fix it.

For developers

The plugin generates an XML file and sends it to Számlázz.hu, which sends back the finished invoice as a PDF. The XML can be modified before it’s sent with the wc_szamlazz_xml filter. Always add your changes to the functions.php file of your active theme, so a plugin update won’t remove them. You can find more developer documentation here.
