Google reCAPTCHA

When an administrator enables and configures the reCAPTCHA integration, protected forms load Google’s reCAPTCHA scripts. The visitor’s browser contacts Google with the site key and browser/network information. On verification, the server sends the configured secret key and CAPTCHA response token to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify to check the response. The integration is used for spam protection on configured forms.

YouTube videos

When an administrator opens the WholesaleX Overview (dashboard) page in wp-admin, the tutorial video thumbnail image is loaded from YouTube’s image server (https://img.youtube.com). Clicking a tutorial play button then loads the embedded video from YouTube (https://www.youtube.com). In both cases YouTube (Google) receives the administrator’s IP address, the requested video ID, and browser metadata, and the embedded player may use cookies under YouTube’s policies. No store visitor or customer data is sent, and viewing is optional and requires no account in this plugin. Terms and Privacy.

YouTube tutorial play buttons also appear on the Addons, wholesale role editor, Wholesale Pricing rule editor, and registration form builder screens in wp-admin. On those screens, the embedded player loads after an administrator clicks the video button. The browser sends the same network information described above; these videos are optional setup help and are not shown to store visitors or customers.
