Add admin notes to posts, pages and custom post types, right on the edit screen. Leave editorial notes for your writers, reminders for yourself, or feedback for your team. Only logged-in users who can edit the content see the notes. Visitors never see them.
It is a simple, lightweight way to collaborate on content inside WordPress, without email threads or external tools.
Under new ownership
Peter’s Post Notes has a new maintainer. Version 2.0.0 is a full security and compatibility update for current WordPress and PHP versions, including full block editor support. Existing notes and settings are kept and upgraded automatically. A big thank you to Peter (@pkthree), the original author, and to everyone who has used and translated the plugin over the years.
